Different use case. Notion and Obsidian are great for structured projects and long-form writing. Klutr is built for rapid, multi-modal capture and nonlinear thinking. Many people use both—Klutr as the front door where everything enters, then move specific items to Notion/Obsidian for deep work.

Stream (capture and view), Search, and Boards are production-ready and stable. Stacks and Insights are in active beta—functional but still being refined based on user feedback. Memory is planned for later this year.

AI helps in two ways: (1) Search works across all content including voice transcripts and image context, and (2) AI suggests patterns and groupings over time (we call them Stacks). You can accept, dismiss, or ignore these suggestions. The AI assists—it doesn't decide for you.

No. Everything stays searchable in your Stream whether you organize it or not. Boards and Stacks are optional tools for when you want structure. Many people never organize and just use search.

Your data stays yours. We don't train AI models on your content. We don't sell or share your information. Standard encryption in transit and at rest. You can export everything anytime in Markdown and JSON formats.

Currently web-based with plans for native desktop and mobile apps. We're starting with web to iterate quickly based on feedback, then we'll expand to native apps once the core experience is solid.

The web version requires internet connection. Native desktop and mobile apps (planned) will support offline capture with background sync when you reconnect.

Yes, the web app works on mobile browsers. We're also planning dedicated mobile apps that will support quick capture from anywhere, including voice and camera.

It means the core features work well, but some parts are still rough. Features may change based on feedback. We ship updates frequently. We're transparent about what's stable (Stream, Search, Boards) and what's experimental (Stacks, Insights).

We aim to respond to chats within a few hours during business hours (US Pacific time). For urgent issues, we're usually faster. All conversations are handled by real humans, not bots.
